Material balances: Pan floor [Registered]

Material balances over the pan floor are often needed. Here a 3-boiling system with a refinery liquor input, producing high pol raw sugar and final molasses is considered. Again the data is representative but not from actual operations. The balance deals with hourly data, based on 335 tonnes of cane / hour (TCH). The inputs required are shown in table 1.
